A registered charitable organization, Planned Lifetime Networks (PLN)was begun on 2000 by families, whose loved ones were isolated due to disability and who were concerned for their future.
Today, PLN continues to assist families in the creation of a great life in community for their isolated and vulnerable loved one.
There are two interconnected components to establishing a great Life which our programs reflect.
1. Relationships that offer care, support, encouragement and friendship for the long haul.
2. Careful financial and future planning.
We believe that everyone has abilities and gifts to share and we believe in honouring the wishes and choices of our vulnerable loved ones, regardless of ability or circumstance.
We are better together…“Creating lifetimes of choice, voice, trust and safety.”
Planned Lifetime Networks supports families to develop a good life for their relative with a disability.
